For a decade, I built ventures and businesses in strategy, start-ups and transformation: from founding my own company to growing a start-up to a €5.2M seed round, and saving €10M+ in six months for a global corporation. I built them with pressure, and burned out more than once, until meditation, Vipassana, community living, music and nature showed me what else good work can hold. Now I bring both worlds into one: a new era, where business and consciousness are no longer separate, but closer than they have ever been.

Operational research, statistics and advanced analytics. Thesis on finding shortest paths in networks with unreliable directions.

Founding, growing, closing. Pace was the point.

Co-drove the MENA expansion ahead of the acquisition by Creative Dock, in the company's record revenue year.

Mobilised senior leaders around cross-industry sustainability initiatives and built automated member match-making.

Atlas Metrics · Berlin
Co-grew the company with the CEO from pre-seed to seed, later acquired by Novata. Built an automated growth funnel across Europe, the US and Asia.
The turn
I built with pressure. And I burned out, more than once.
Meditation, Vipassana, yoga, community living, music and nature showed me what else good work can hold. My ambition didn't disappear. It changed what it serves.
